Problem: When my battery reaches approximate 30% it auto shuts down and when i boot it up it becomes 0% is the cause of this ,my battery? Maybe itâs faulty? I have been using my note 4 for about a year and a half should i get a new battery?
Solution: It looks like the battery of your phone is already faulty. Try backing up your phone data first then do a factory reset. Once the reset is done do not install anything in your device yet . Check first if the issue remains. If it does then proceed with getting a new battery.
